Buzios has some little grocery stores where we can buy handmade sausage coming from many small farms in the Region such as São João da Barra and Rio das Ostras. The kitchen is very well equipped so I did something that I really love...cooking!!! :) I just hate washing the dishes...
Giulia has some cooking skills and she helped me with the ingredients and cutting the sausages which in portuguese we say "linguiça".
It is a pety that you cannot taste it or even smell it...but the sauce aroma could be felt in the front yard of the house! 
Giulia has a incredible touch for cuisine and she travelled with she her mother to many countries so she could experience high cuisine in Europe, and she gave me very clever suggestions about flavors and food. 
Our friend Nina also came to compliment the Chef...And gave me such a very kind kiss...She is adorable and we love her!!! I am a cat person but I also love dogs...Nina is a very young scottish shepard and I specially love this photo...I am happy to share with all of you some private moments, this is the best way that you can have to get to know your guide and for sure your future friend in Brazil.
