England and United States gave me the english I speak. I went to an english school and since I started working I have met so many american people which made me learn more about American Culture. thanks to this knowledge I could read, I could listen to incredible music and I could exchange ideas with many interesting people from all over the World. The english language gave me an enormous window to the World.
And it is always an important moment when I welcome english and american people in the same tour!!!! Paul and Maria first contacted me, they are from the UK; and then they told me that another couple would join us in one of our days.
They came from a wonderful cruise ship journey and we had very few time to explore all of Rio.

We went to various places and we use a lot of improvisation...we started out day visiting the old district of Lapa to see the stairs of Celaron (see my video at youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AQPVwGNlXik ) and we visit places in the city where no tourists go...
We saw the wilderness of Marapendi and the small beach of Joa, and in our last day we visited some churches in the city center like MOSTEIRO DE SÃO BENTO and the impressive church of Candelaria.
MY FRIENDS PAUL, MARIA, GERRY AND GARY HAD THE BEST OF RIO. I am sure they will be back!!!
