A JOURNEY TO MONGOLIA IN NITEROI

Reader, my dear...first Good Morning you have no idea how special you are to me...by reading my humble blog you get to know about me, you will know exactly what guide you will meet, but well...my intention here is not making you meeting a guide, you will have a friend and someone ready to give you good advise about Brazil or wherever you go to South America, but for the moment you will know a lot about Brazil and Argentina....

BUT NOW THIS IS THE TIME FOR YOU TO KNOW A LITTLE BIT OF....MONGOLIA!!!! :)

But don't worry...I am not in Ulah Bator...you will not cross the Gobi Desert and we are not meeting Genghis Khan...when you spend some time in Rio and if you really like to explore the area, the only thing you have to do is crossing the Bay...

Yes, Mongolia can be reached in NITEROI...better to go there for Dinner and you will find a whole World of Asian food, specially dishes from Mongolia, but you can also see a lot of influence on Tibet Food, Indian Food and a large variety of northern China's ingredients...and you can choose between the food in the menu or you can create your on mongolia food by mixing all the ingredients available in their incredible buffet and grill it very fresh with the help of the restaurant's chef. Very interesting system!!!

And the view of Icaraí Beach is simply breathtaking...the taste of an exquisite food with such a gorgeous scenario makes any moment super unique.

The name of this Gastronomy Journey is TANTRA...it is by far my favorite Asian Restaurant in Brazil.

We can always visit their website - http://www.tantrarestaurante.com.br/tantra.html

Tantra words comes from the Sanskrit language...very common name for YOGA practicers...also it is a sort of doctrine...regarding about finding your own balance in many sides of your life...

But go to Niteroi and you will find your own Tantra and your stomach will be very grateful!!!

I fully recommend!!!!

By the way...Rio has a large variety of fusion food restaurants, it is nice to explore this side of the town and surroudings when you have more than 3 days in the city!!!
